About Dr. Snider
Dr. Snider is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Training and Supervising Psychoanalyst.  She has been in private practice since 1986.  Her practice has included children, couples and individual adults.

She has taught at UCI Medical School.  Her curriculum included interviewing skills and strategies for physicians to address family dynamics in relation to diagnosis, trauma and medical compliance.

Since 1998, Dr. Snider has served on the Board, Training Committee, Admissions Committee and Faculty at Newport Psychoanalytic Institute.  She has taught Case Conference and courses in Object Relations Theory.

Dr. Snider is Fluent in Sign Language.  Her dissertation is titled: "A Psychoanalytic Model of Development of the Self for Prelingually Deafened Individuals with Hearing Parents. "
